RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to the accounting department in completing accounting processes and cyclesAssist with various accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsReview and complete daily transactions, monthly invoicing, reconciliationsCommunicate with customers and vendors in an accurate and timely manner SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 2-year Associates degree preferred in accounting, business, or related field2-3 years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience requiredConstruction accounting experience preferredHigh level of attention to detailBasic understanding of accounting techniques and principlesProficient understanding of Microsoft ExcelAccurate 10-key, typing, and computer entry skills The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
