The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be a member of the accounting and finance department which consists of approximately 25 people and will report directly to the Corporate Controller. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include: Processing and applying customer receipts Providing daily record of receipts received to foreign teams Prepare and maintain receipt records Respond to requests from the logistics and sales teams Provided required information to the Credit Manager to assist in credit hold assessments Assist in the preparation of month-end close Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk: High school diploma or Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent 1 – 3 years of experience in AR Ability to input data with a high degree of accuracy Strong problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work quickly and efficiently Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines Attention to detail Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with all levels of management and professionals with diverse backgrounds Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – must have knowledge and experience in Excel Experience with ERP system such as Oracle and SAP is helpful but not required Benefits include: Holiday and paid time-off Health benefits, medical, dental, vision Matching 401K Company parties and lunches PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
