Job Description
16.00/hr. : 18.00/hr.
A global leader in commercial real estate services is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be providing administrative and marketing support to a team of Real Estate Brokers. The ideal candidate is approachable, upbeat and can take initiate in a stressful, detail oriented environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
:Scheduling client and visitor meetings
:Sending email blasts
:Event and project planning as needed
:Preparing marketing materials using desktop publishing software
:Responsible for providing updates on deliverables, deadlines and meetings to clients, team members and administrative staff
:Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making changes as needed
:Will be generating, coordinating and maintaining confidential reports and correspondence
:Responsible for updating and maintaining contact and distribution lists
:Create and maintain sales reports by category, size and geographic location
:Works with Branch Public Relations vendor regarding press releases
:Tracks all agreements and deals
:Performs all other administrative duties as needed
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
:BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
:3:5 years administrative experience
:Working knowledge of Creative Suite 5, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred
:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Great organizational and multi:tasking skills
:Professional appearance and demeanor
:Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus
