The position requires an understanding and experience in data entry software preparing order confirmations, invoices, purchase orders and related documents. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and prepare orders Prepare and manage documentation throughout the sales process Provide support to outside sales team Direct coordination with import team Document and update customer order records Coordinate domestic logistics Constantly strive to improve processes and efficiencies Qualifications: Meticulous attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Quickbooks or related Accounting Software Be self-motivated Superior interpersonal, organizational and client service skills Company Description Established and fast growing import company has immediate need for an Office Administrator.
