An ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. GENERAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the Financial Advisor with any requisites, answering phone lines (up to 3), returning messages, engaging with clients to help with their necessities, constructing spreadsheets and proposals, preparing forms, e-filing as well as hard filing, establishing meetings, client updates on computer software, ordering supplies and working with outside suppliers including but not limited to computers, copy/printer, software programmer, and postage meter.
