Administrative Assistant in OGDEN, Utah

$10/hr, Part-time, flexible hours – No Saturdays or Sundays Requirements: An ideal candidate should have a professional and pleasant demeanor, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, be able to work independently and in a team environment, problem-solve, and be a self-starter. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other needed skills include willingness to learn new software and be proficient with MS Office. Medical billing experience helpful but not required. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: patient intake information and patient files, creating and maintaining company documentation, marketing materials and data, scheduling appointments, answering phone and making calls, assisting in shipping-receiving, type min of 55wpm, and other general office duties as needed.
