Job Description
Part-time Administrative Assistant for a Financial Advisor team performing customer service and administrative tasks.
20-30 Hours per week.
$13 -$16 per hour (depending on experience).
Answering and returning phone calls to/from clients.
Client relationship management.
Appointment setting for existing clients.
Maintaining Financial Advisor's calendar / schedule.
Create, process and monitor forms and workflow.
Data entry on various platforms.
Business Professional Writing Skills
Data-Entry on Various Platforms
Assist with Advisor’s Marketing/Events
Perform Copying, Faxing, Scanning
Filing/Bookkeeping - Strong Organizational Skills with Attention to Details
Teamwork/ Team building
Problem solving / Conflict Resolution
3-5 years administrative customer service.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Conflict resolution.
PC experience including data-entry of 40 words per minute.
Proficient in Windows 7 / 10. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
Able to quickly learn various software systems.
Business professional writing skills.
Background check required.
