Job Description
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

General Office duties including answering phones, opening an office, post and organize mail, keep inventory and re:ordering of supplies.
Customer Service
Marketing including, updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media, creating fliers, mailers, and videos.
learn and assist clients in the execution of training tools and materials
Provide support to coaches and clients.
Cross over responsibilities may be required in our actual real estate business
Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow:up.
Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, and all involved in transactions.
Ensure all paperwork is in order.
Proofreading skills are a big plus.

Strongly prefer someone with experience in the real estate business who is well organized and wants to learn from one of the best
