Executive Assistant (FT)Summary: The Executive Assistant will directly support and assist the executive team in a wide range of tasks from scheduling meetings, organizing calendars and running errands up to attending meetings on behalf of executives, assisting with high-level projects and planning and managing company events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, quick thinking, self-motivated, impeccably organized and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities and deadlines.Executive Assistant Job Duties: The Executive Assistant's primary responsibilities are to support two company executives in a variety of duties and tasks. In addition, the Executive Assistant will have job responsibilities including but not limited to:1) Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.2) Creating, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databases.3) Managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel as well as drafting PowerPoint presentations.4) Creating agendas, presentations and other documents for company executives 5) Answering customer phone calls and directing guests of company executives.6) Conduct research, compile reports and present data to a variety of audiences.7) Plan, manage and oversee company events in conjunction with Company events committee.8) Running errands as needed.9) Performing basic clerical tasks (filing, faxing, printing, etc.)Executive Assistant Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:1) Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, highly motivated, creative and quick thinking and deadline driven.2) Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines; time management skills are critical3) Superior organization, self-motivation and self-management skills, strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills are a must4) Demonstrated experience in a role requiring organizational skills5) Professional demeanor and appearance a must. Friendly, positive and upbeat personality6) Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, commitment to maintain a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy, resourceful and creative.7) Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software packages including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.8) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, technologies or processes quickly9) Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.10) Bachelor's Degree and prior Administrative/Executive Assistance experience preferred.Application Instructions:Please submit a cover letter (required) and your resume.
