Job Summary

SwimKids is hiring a part time Front Office/Customer Service Representative. Historically, successful candidates have exhibited steadfast attention to detail and are vibrantly outgoing. Experience in an office or customer service setting is desirable, but not required if candidate can demonstrate proficiency.

Immediate shift need is for about 15 hours per week in the afternoons/evenings, but will likely expand and/or change spring and summer 2018. Additional shift needs are mostly in the afternoon and evenings. All current and future shifts run between 3-5 hours from 9am-7:30pm Monday-Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Handle a high volume of both phone calls and in-office customers in a timely manner
  • Assist families in scheduling swim lessons
  • Help keep Swim Instructor’s schedules organized
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills
  • Able and willing to contribute as part of a team
  • A fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
