Job Description
Love Communications, a full service marketing communications agency in Salt Lake City, is seeking a Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be the first person the client/visitor interacts with, and the first point of contact for any person who reaches the Agency by phone. As the face of the Agency, a successful candidate will dress professionally, have excellent time management skills, the ability to communicate with clients and guests in an upbeat and professional manner, handle sensitive information with discretion, have high attention to detail, and be organized and proactive.

* Have all the answers, still be likeable
* Greet and attend to all visitors and clients in an upbeat and appropriate manner
* Answers telephones and route as necessary
* General office duties – including dispersing mail, keeping general areas looking tidy, prepare conference rooms for meetings, etc.
* Assist Media Team – includes processing media invoices, and trafficking of tv/radio spots to stations
* Act as an Administrative Assistant to the Partners
* Restock and order supplies
* Various agency projects as requested

* Must have a high attention to detail
* Positive, happy demeanor
* Highly self-motivated
* Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team members, clients, and vendors
* Be reliable, and committed to a 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift Monday through Friday
