Job Description:/h3:

Seeking an Project Assistant to become a part of our team You will provide overall support for a
development/construction company
:Conduct research to support legal documents in construction process
:Assist with the processing and reviewing of legal documents
:Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of documents
:Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations/bids etc
:Record and store client information
:Review bid packages, contracts and purchasing documents
:Process contracts and manage contract processing
:Work with documents from subcontractors, vendor and suppliers for accuracy
:Will review plans and drawings as needed
:Must be familiar with sub packages and bidding packages
:Must be detailed, able to multi task, accurate, flexible, able to meet deadlines
:Keep minutes of meetings and documentation as needed
:Manage meeting scheduling including, training handouts, meals and documents
:Organized, self reliant, proactive, point person for information for projects
: x200B;Qualifications:
:Previous experience as a
construction/project administrative assistant for 3:5 years minimum required
:Excellent MS office and construction software
:Familiarity with legal research for construction
:AA degree or BS in business
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Excellent telephone skills, good customer services for vendors/subs
:Team player, must be familiar with construction processes from ground up
:Some travel to construction job sites required
:Will work in indoor and outdoor environments
:Able to handle large work projects to meet deadlines
:Excellent grammar needed and able to clearly communicate with all invested parties
