Recruiting Coordinator / Admin
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / Admin to work at a small Park City Recruiting and Merger & Acquisition Consulting firm. 4 year degree preferred. Must be able to work 8 am-5 pm, M-F, in a fast-paced office located in Park City.

Salary DOE, benefits, 401k, paid vacation. M/F EOE. This is a great opportunity to join a great company to work for.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will have 3+ years experience in an office environment with preferably 1 year experience in either sales or recruiting. Experience in the heavy civil, heavy highway, or construction industries is a huge plus. The Coordinator must be tech savvy and able to use Word/Excel, standard internet browsers, and other related software. The Coordinator must also be comfortable contacting people over the phone and email. This position does offer training in the recruiting and M&A industry in the construction industry. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Other office duties required as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in an office environment
1+ years recruiting or sales experience in Construction, Heavy Civil, or Heavy Highway strongly preferred
Must be able to make calls, write emails, file, and perform other administrative duties as needed
Clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
4 year degree preferred
