Seasonal Print Shop Design Coordinator
Start Date 8/28/2017
Hourly $12.00
The Role
The Print Shop Design Coordinator will report to the Print Shop Supervisor and will be a critical member of the Print Shop Team. Duties will include processing orders, daily communication with internal and external sales team, customer presentation support and fulfillment of samples for the Corporate Sales department.

Responsibilities and objectives:
• Sets up daily schedule and future orders for tins, boxes, ribbons, and sticker production
• Makes sure all the labels are correct for orders and special requests
• Tracks daily emails for orders coming from sales group
• Works with chemicals to reclaim and coat silk screens for printing
• Communicates daily schedule to the Production department
• Conducts basic artwork preparation
• Creates mockup picture for corporate sales representative’s approval
• Resizes and manipulates colors and artwork
• Tracks order progress
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photo Shop a plus (will train)
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft office Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in the design or printing field a plus
• Self-directed and dependable
• Ability to work 8-12 hrs. per day and weekends if needed
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah

Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to kneel and crouch. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision.
