Holbrook Asphalt and Integrated Pavement Solutions are disrupting a massive and largely stagnant industry, and we need a passionate, experienced, and strategic brand marketer, with an exceptional storytelling background to help support our unrivaled growth in our market segment. We are looking for someone who can strengthen our brand, support its development, and create powerful and strategic marketing campaigns across search, social, and video channels. As VP of Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of our national brand strategy and thought leadership. In this role, you will promote and build our brand and reputation and have direct responsibility for its website and corporate digital and printed marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Enhance and promote our brand across viable marketing channels, while creating and owning our websites and the supporting content. An understanding of PR is especially important as we lead the industry narrative on preserving our nations infrastructure.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital communications, social media, and public relations that includes direct responsibility for digital marketing campaign development, content creation, and execution in a face:paced environment
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Integrated Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is valued
Deep understanding of, and experience with, digital brand development (design, messaging)
Knowledge of, and experience with, the following digital marketing channels: Search : Paid and Organic Social : Paid and Organic Display : programmatic, sponsored content, re:marketing, etc. Video : Paid and Organic Solid understanding of web design best practices (brand, direct response, lead generation, etc.)
Demonstrated skill in writing and editing for publication, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively throughout the entire organization
Deep understanding of driving branding projects from inception to completion using internal and external teams in a collaborative environment, utilizing technology as a tool to further recognition and understanding of the brand
Demonstrated ability to have a positive impact on a companys brand image and recognition
Strong interpersonal skills and solid judgment
