Job Description
The Software Support Tech will be responsible for resolving issues and answering client service queries.

Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to the problem; making the correction; following up to ensure proper resolution.
Recreating a job that will not open with a blank "dummy" job.
Creating network storage locations and recognize when customers set it up incorrectly.
Recreating a deleted page by reimporting the drawing and copying/pasting the takeoff.
Printing issues.
Updating issues.
Install/uninstall/reinstall plugins and PlanSwift.
General knowledge of windows and PC operation
Provide support by demonstrating a positive attitude, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with clients and employees.
Receive client IT requests through telephone, chat, or e-mail.
Troubleshoot requests over the phone.
Investigate and document technical malfunctions to determine cause, define problems, and initiate corrective action.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns,and requests about products and services.
Research required information using available resources.
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
