Ready to become the next Tech Guru? Progressive Leasing is now interviewing for a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team, providing mission critical support to our employees.

Shift Times: 10:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.

What You'll Do:

* Escalate issues and provide updates to stakeholders for desktop and application tickets.

* Assist with maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software

* Provide tasks such as: imaging computers and checking inventory levels

* Manage and execute requests for multiple IT needs, including: headsets, keyboards and mice, laptops, desktops and software

* Facilitate logins, account support, and various other system administration duties.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

* Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment

* 2-3 years information systems experience, including 1 year of experience working directly with PC hardware and software

* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise

* Certifications (such as A+) a strong plus but not required

* Basic understanding of ITIL, in particular ITSM

* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

* Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance and reach for extended periods of time

* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
