Client Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team as a part-time client service representative. We have a great team of finance professionals and students working in our organization, and we want someone who can bring energy and talent to our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, computer literate, and who has good verbal and written communication skills. The job pays $11.50 - 12.50 per hour, depending on experience, during a sixty-day training period, then the pay will increase upon completion of training. Our preferred schedule is either 8:30 am - 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm, but we have some flexibility with the schedule. This is a great job for an accounting or finance student, or anyone who is seeking a career in the finance industry.


The duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and help clients as needed
Respond to client emails in a timely manner
Scan and enter financial transaction paperwork into the software system
Perform credit checks as needed when requested by clients
Prepare paperwork for mailing and record the mailing date in the software


The job requirement are:
High School Diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
