Job Description:/h3:
Game Gears Customer Service Associate is responsible for processing customer purchase orders, resolving issues, handling inquiries, cross referencing, expediting, and communication with other departments. Consistent in serving the customer in a timely, accurate, courteous and professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for handling inbound sales and customer calls, processing and expediting customer orders.
Processes, via computer, all customer requests. Flexibility and capability to utilize multiple systems required to research information.
Researches and resolves customer issues, expedites back orders, handle returns and special requests, and interacts with outside sales force to
ensure regular communication on customer issues., etc.
Decision making required based on policies and past precedence.
Experience and Skills
