Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for delivering catered meals in a food safe manner in a specific DMA. The Driver must operate the vehicle according to all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain a vehicle in a manner capable of carrying large quantities of food in packages.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Delivery

* Deliver food-safe product from store to catering customer destination

* Ensure order accuracy

* Load and unload food from vehicle

* Accept payments and confirm accuracy of funds for order

* Solicit leads from potential future customer while on catering delivery at delivery point

* Ensure products meet ENRGI's high quality of standards

* Act in a safe manner following operational guidelines

* Maintain a current driver's license to Einstein Noah regulations

* Maintain current insurance coverage to Einstein Noah regulations (drivers packet must be completed)

Additional Required Responsibilities:

* Provide a great experience for all guests

* Greet all guests with a smile and friendly attitude

* Be willing to go out of the way to accommodate guests

* Uphold to all ENRGI standards, guidelines and policies

* Reliable must be at work on time and as scheduled

* Follow operational and safety guidelines

* During downtimes, expected to find other duties to remain productive

* Must be familiar with all products offered

* Must work varied hours/days as business dictates

* Some weekends may be required based on restaurant needs

* Must follow recipes and standards according to ENRGI guidelines

* Required to provide and wear black non-slip shoes and khaki pants

Additional Responsibilities:

* May be required to back-up or fill in for Customer Service role thus may be required to be trained in these areas

* May be responsible for additional cleaning throughout the restaurant

* May be responsible for rotating supplies for freshness

* May be responsible for stocking products and supplies

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

* Must be 18 years or older

* Must work well under minimal supervision

* Must be able to work varied hours / days and to start shift at early hours (2am-5am depending on restaurant)

* Must work well in fast paced environment

* Must be able to multitask and switch tasks quickly

* Must work well with other team members

* Must read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

* Must be 18 years or older

* High school degree preferred

* 2 years baking experience strongly preferred

* Customer service experience strongly preferred

* Internal Other restaurant employees

* External Guests

Leadership Responsibility:

* None

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to stand/walk 8 hours a day

* Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 50lbs

* Must able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 50lbs

Working Environment:

* Exposure to food, ovens, mixers, food processors, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors.

* Noise level varies but can often be considered \"loud\"

* Potential exposure to smoke
