Integrated Media Director:Utah
The Integrated Media Director is responsible for the overall media budget and strategy, including reporting and optimization across media channels. The primary function of this position is to ensure that we are meeting the clients expectations of lead volume, enrollments, and conversion metrics. This role must have a strong understanding of all media channels (digital/Search, traditional, CPL, and direct mail) and how they work together to drive high:intent student inquiries and, ultimately, starts. The Integrated Media Director will analyze campaign performance by channel, test new budget and media strategies, and report on results of regular testing to find the best possible media budget mix for each client. In addition, the Integrated Media Strategist is responsible for setting the high level strategy across all media channels and works closely with the channel experts to build plans to meet the goals and objectives.

Own the strategy and budget allocation for all marketing/media channels
Own the reporting of results we are driving for client success, and ensure that all goals are being met by the respective media channel managers
Supervise (not directly manage) the channel managers that work on the strategists clients and ensure they are meeting goals and expectations
Analyze each channel performance and the impact it is having on website traffic/search : Direct Mail, CPL, Search, Digital and Traditional
Provide Key insights into channel performance to the channel manager (CPL, traditional, direct mail, digital planners)
Provide recommendations for key optimizations
Work with the channel manager to optimize the campaign
Review reports and look for trends and insights for each channel
Monitor channel goals and report on whether we are meeting our goals
Work closely with the Marketing Strategist to roll up the details of Media into high level reporting and strategy
Run regular tests on shifting budget between channels, set goals and KPIs for test, and analyze success/failure of each test. Report on test results regularly.
Works closely with Analytics team to provide necessary reporting/ trending/ historical insights to help with performance.
Collaboratively communicates with Account Director and Marketing Strategist on campaign deliverables and ensures clear direction is given to the marketing team and clients. In addition, will help define clear understanding about the overall media strategy.
Proven track record in developing and executing media campaigns across marketing channels.
Thorough understanding of direct marketing and media planning.
Previous experience working directly with clients in a client:facing media or account management role.
Thought leader in media, with ability to shape new channel and optimization strategies
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, evolving role within the organization.
Must have a positive and professional attitude, and a true passion for digital media.
4:6 years of relevant experience in direct marketing and digital media.
Extensive knowledge and proficiency with analytics, reporting, and testing.
Strong proficiency in Excel, proficient in Power Point and Word.
B.S. in Statistics, Marketing, Math, Communications, Marketing or other relevant fields
Experience with attribution tracking technology or platforms (preferably C3 Metrics)
