This is a full-time, salaried position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide trainings and presentations of the Reading Horizons method and curriculum to teachers and administrators including, but not limited to, the following: Present the Reading Horizons method and products to potential users/customers Conduct training for users of the Reading Horizons curriculum Help support implementation of Reading Horizons curriculum and products Other duties as needed to promote and support the use of Reading Horizons curriculum and products and the mission of the company MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Dynamic presenter skills Passion for improving lives through literacy Must be willing to travel two weeks out of every month Experience in the field of education Must be comfortable with the use of technology Experience with the Reading Horizons method, or ability to quickly learn the Reading Horizons method for the purposes of presenting and training Must be willing to consider relocating to Salt Lake City, Utah area DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to present to and train different audiences (ie elementary, secondary, ELL and adult ed. teachers and administrators) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent organizational skills and time management skills; ability to solve problems Experience with creating and/or implementing blended learning environments Experience working with beginning and struggling readers SALARY Salary is dependent on qualifications.
