We offer a competitive compensation package including:Medical, dental, and vision benefits401 (k) with generous company matchPTO and HolidaysThe Business Office Manager is responsible for completing all administrative duties as required, including but not limited to:Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and petty cashAccurately manage resident records ensuring completed residents agreements and adequate follow up on special agreements and renewalsEmploy timely collections methods on accounts that become outstandingEnsuring that time cards and pay data are accurate and up to date per company standardsMeet with new hires prior to the first day of work to assure completion of required new hire paperworkServe as an HR contact; relay benefit information, maintain personnel files, answer payroll questions and maintain performance review scheduling system EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include the following:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative support positionExperience in Windows based applications and Excel Based in Portland, Oregon, Blue Harbor Senior Living is a growing senior living company, currently operating communities across the United States.
