The Client Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution of custom training and consulting events for VitalSmartsA? clients, both nationally and internationally. The Client Engagement Coordinator ensures client events are delivered on:time and exceed client expectations. This is done by communicating the coordination plan to clients and closely monitoring and following up on the status of event tasks. Every day the Client Engagement Coordinator works directly with clients, trainers and sales executives to successfully coordinate events. This role requires candidates who are professional, friendly, well:spoken and eager to provide the best client experience with every interaction. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail:oriented problem:solvers who are able to effectively manage multiple high priority tasks at once.
