As a Client Advisor / Technical Account Manager, you will develop excellent relationships with our VIP clients. You will coordinate any escalated technical issues, and liaison between clients and our technical teams to set priorities for upcoming IT changes, projects, and budgets. You will also grow your technical knowledge so you can help our main technical teams resolve common day-to-day issues. Our clients will be able to trust your recommendations and advice because you will learn what technologies will best help them with their business priorities. This requires candidates that understand business, and are confident, quick learners, strong communicators, organized, and dependable.
This is not a sales commissioned role, and it is not a typical IT “HelpDesk + Netadmin” position; rather than looking for a tech to sit behind a computer all day, we are looking for a highly organized and dependable person with technical aptitude who actually enjoys the “business and people” side of IT – taking care of business owners, managers, and decision makers and making sure they have the right technology and support in place.
