We are searching for an Employee Engagement Administrator in Draper, Utah. This role will provide administrative support to our operations department and leadership as well as facilitate our Operations Recognition Program. What YouA?ll Do: Administer employee engagement program and actively implement feedback and improvements from engagement surveysFacilitate the Operations Recognition Program for our Utah and Arizona locations including coordinating events, meetings, luncheons and off:site eventsDevelop comprehensive communications strategies to promote our recognition programs and encourage participationDrive results through the development and implementation of our established employee contests and programsCreate and maintain a fun engaging work environment by promoting our positive culture while reinforcing our companyA?s core valuesHighlight employees and events by capturing photos and videosManage the recognition budget for OperationsProvide administrative support to the management team in Operations as well as the overall operations departmentCoordinate travel and meetings for leadership team including booking travel online, meeting rooms etc. Minimum Experience and Qualifications2+ years of administrative assistance experience supporting leadership and/or management teamsExperience coordinating and planning events is highly preferredDemonstrated experience managing projects and meeting deadlinesStrong organizational, problem solving and multitasking skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel softwareStrong communication and ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees WHO IS PROGRESSIVE LEASING?
