We offer a competitive compensation package including:Medical, dental, and vision benefits401 (k) with generous company matchPTO and HolidaysDirect day to day operations of the community in a manner that ensures the health, safety and satisfaction of residents and employees alikeMaintain community in compliance with all state rules and regulationsGeneral management duties including but not limited to: Fiscal management, personnel management, resident services, plant and property maintenance, occupancy development, public and resident relations, and marketingEnsure the Community meets or exceeds budjeted occupancy projectionsPrepare financial, occupancy development and operational reports or analysis as requestedCommunicate timely and effectively to Regional Director or COO any issues of concern that might have negative impact on the community, its residents or employees.Recruit, hire, provide orientation, supervise, train, discipline, and terminate staff of the CommunityRoutinely review and evaluate employee performanceExercise professional judgment and adhere to all written standards, policies and proceduresAccurately document all personnel related mattersDelegate authority to department heads in a reasonable and acceptable mannerPresent a professional and positive demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each residents needsObserve residents ability to perform daily ADLA?s and social skills, communicate potential difficulties or opportunities to the appropriate team memberEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include the following:Minimum 3 years prior experience in a senior general management position operating an assisted living, skilled nursing or similar communityBachelorA?s level degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrated interest and knowledge about the elderly and their needs and the competency to meet those needsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:Current certification to be an Administrator in the state in which the community is locatedNegative Tuberculosis testClear criminal background check Based in Portland, Oregon, Blue Harbor Senior Living is a growing senior living company, currently operating communities across the United States.
