Our Product Manager plays a critical role in achieving our business goals and is the ultimate owner of the customer experience for both consumer and internal customers. Based on market knowledge, user research, technical facility and experience:based intuition, our PM identifies opportunities and products that deliver a game changing, world:class experiences and business results.Work directly with the product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to define the product roadmapConduct user and market research, and directly/indirectly interact with users to deeply understand pains and needsDesign appropriate cross:device and sales center solutions to the pains: define product features, turn them into requirements and detailed storiesEnsure successful launch and adoption of product featuresDefine and interpret metrics to understand success and adoptionManage the product development process, ensuring ongoing cadence across the organizationOur ideal candidate is a well:rounded leader with a strong track record of successful execution. The focus of this role is cross:functional, cross:device and full customer lifecycle and will encompass all aspects of product management: product discovery, development, go:to:market, product marketing and solutions, as well as working with senior executives throughout products, engineering, sales, and operations. Experienced imagining and helping to build a design:conscious consumer:facing products from concept through launch to phone sales center, online, and mobile.Strong ability to synthesize research into actionable prioritized features and design, include concept testing, A/B testing and MVP iteration.Drive decision:making through data analytics and metricsA?KPIs that drive business growth and engagementDeep understanding of both user needs and sales and marketing product needs.
