A leading and innovative Hearing Aid corporation seeks motivated, results driven, energetic and enthusiastic Regional Manager to join our team.Nature and ScopeIncludes the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manage the sales activities of a regional team including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Education and Training Specialists, and Regional Marketing Managers. Meet sales performance objectives for the region including Revenue Forecast, units, Average Selling Price, visits and marketing activities. Hire and train highly qualified personnel.Train and mentor staff through performance management activities including goal setting, coaching and holding team accountable. Work with Account Managers in the field to coach and help increase positive resultsPass the A?Oticon cultureA? on to employees in a way that is consistent with the core values of Oticon, Inc. Budget Oticon resources to accomplish the sales goals. Participate in Regional Manager meetings to influence the direction and effectiveness of the Oticon sales organization. Hold regional team meetings as needed to keep the team operating at the highest possible level. Maintain a personal sales relationship with the top customers in the region. Submit expenses no later than 7 days after the week of travel using the approved expense reporting system. Communicate with customer and Oticon staff within the following standards: Voice:mail and E:mail returned within 1 day. Call reporting sent within 2 days Expense reports and special information requests sent within 7 days. AccountabilityThis position reports to the Vice President of Sales.Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
