Job Description
Okubo Orthodontics is now hiring an energetic front desk person, This is an orthodontic office manager position with some light assisting. We are is looking for an outgoing individual who can relate to both patients and parents.
This position is Mon-Thurs 7:45-to 5-6PM. 32 + hour a week
Responsibilities
Answering the phone, scheduling appointments, patient financials, as well as some orthodontic assisting. Applicants will need to be motivated to work without supervision when necessary. You will need to be in the office working during all office hours as scheduled. The most important part of the job is answering all phone calls during regular office hours.
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in healthcare preferred. Stable work history, strong computer, keyboard and problem solving skills are required . Applicants must be friendly, personable and enjoy interaction with a wide variety of people as this position requires a positive attitude while working with existing patients as well as welcoming new patients. All of our employees must live in non-smoking environments.
