These words describe the focus of our Human Resources team… supporting the mission of HCA, one of the largest healthcare providers in the world: “Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.” HCA HR has expanded the ways that it provides service to leaders and employees, and there has not been a better time to join our team!GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for some or all of the following under direction of Regional Director of Recruiting: Develops and adheres to strict deadlines in multiple areas for multiple project steps/coordinates all time related functions with multiple constituents on projectPerforms full cycle recruitment activities for the New Graduate Residency Program.Administers, reviews and evaluates candidate pre-screen video-interviews.Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers, facility leadership, facility HR, and leaders across the division to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.Travels and presents New Graduate/StaRN program at various events for prospective candidates or organizations within the community. Acts as liaison between Parallon and other business partners to facilitate candidate selection, hiring and onboarding of StaRN learners.Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.Identifies internal and external candidates for StaRN program, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media (e.g., Montage, etc.)Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results. Provides weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and division leadership.Conducts strategic recruitment activities including attending / coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events. Maintains memberships in / rapport with professional associations. Recommends and implements recruiting strategies to ensure that StaRN stays competitive in the market and attracts, retains and motivates top talent.Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws.Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings.Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidatesWorks on any other facility or service line expansion that the Division deems necessary
