Job Description:/h3:
Many new agents get into real estate believing they will be able to start making money while enjoying the freedom of being their own boss at the same time. What actually happens is quite different, the typical agent will close 3:4 transactions each year. The median income is 39,000 per year. We believe strongly the answer to this problem is training in the right things.
We are seeking an agent to join our team for our Junior Agent paid training program. This is a 4:6 month training program that will lead to a potential position as a real estate agent on our team.
Our goal is for agent:partners on our team to close 3:4 transactions a month. At the average purchase price in the market of 275,000, an agent:partner on our team should net 10,000:13,000 per month.
Just so there are no surprises, our paid training program requires an agent to be in the office and on the phone for at least 6 hours per day. Training will include:
:Daily scripting
:CRM management
:Lead Generation skills (prospecting and marketing)
:Business planning
:Time management
:Phone skills
:How to present a listing presentation and a buyer consultation that articulates value to a potential client and leads to employment agreements
:Contract negotiation
:Client management
:Transaction coordination
Finally, we will introduce you to the cutting edge tools that will allow you to succeed as an agent in the coming years.
Qualifications:
:Must have an active real estate sales license in good standing
:Passion for selling
:Enthusiastic and self:starting approach
:Demonstrable record of sales success
:Knowledge and experience in real estate and B2C sales
:Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
:Strong interpersonal skills
:Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
:Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, MOJO (SaaS phone and dialing technology), FollowUp Boss and InfusionSoft (real estate specific CRM and marketing technology), Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed
:Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
