Job Description


Looking for a part-time Real Estate Administrative Assistant. Must be a hard-working, flexible, detailed individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hours: Four per day, Monday through Friday, chosen between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls and messages, setting up appointments and showings for properties, assisting with lease documentation, managing marketing lists and materials including flyers and signage, basic accounting work, monthly report creation, running business and personal errands, and other secretarial and clerical duties as necessary.

Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma, some college preferred
- Two years of secretarial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience in QuickBooks preferred, but will train the right individual
- General computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with job requirements
- Must be personable and polite
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and dealing one-on-one with clients
- Organized, dependable, and positive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge or experience with Real Estate is a plus
