Position Definition:

As the Installer Business Manager, you will need to assist in finding, vetting and, signing up new contractors based off provided metrics and relay/communicate information about 3form products, processes, and orders to clients enrolled in the 3form Certified Installer program. Monitor quoting and closing metrics. It is imperative that the Installer Business Manager be prompt, clear, and accurate in their job duties and interactions due to the time sensitive nature of 3form projects. The Installer Business Manager must provide world class customer service to all you interact with both internally and externally.

Book of Business:

New Contracts

Serve as single point of contact in vetting commercial contractors for candidates in 3form Certified Installer program
Travel to meet candidates in person to review their facility and see examples of their finished work. 25 percent travel and lots of phone time.
Schedule and oversee new contractor training and certification at 3form headquarters
Integrate newly added contracts into 3form systems and train both internal and external sales teams of certified contractors.

Existing Contracts

Track certified installers metrics to insure contract adherence and areas for improvement
Aid in troubleshooting project difficulties when escaladed from inside sales
Organize quarterly continuous education on new product launches and process upgrades for contractors within book of business
Manage internal sales teams quoting for book of business
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.

They must develop a rapport with new clients and partners, as well as set targets for installer program to provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing partnerships by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well in a cross:functional team environment and wear the many hats required for a dynamic company.

Collaborate cross:functionally with Client Services Operations Manager to improve on marketing collateral, develop new goals and reach existing goals.

The Installer Business Manager position requires a bachelors degree and 3:5 years of sales, marketing or management experience and within the commercial construction industry.
