Texas de Brazil, an authentic Brazilian-American churrascaria (steak house) that combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas in tempting, all you care to eat portions of seasoned beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. The Texas de Brazil concept, which has garnered numerous food and wine awards, features a fixed-price menu, that includes a 100-item salad bar with lobster bisque, made-to-order sushi in select locations, marinated vegetables, fresh greens, aged cheeses, freshly made in-house salad dressings, and hot and cold specialty items all more than substantial enough to serve as a stand-alone meal.
